The MGI-A Cork Paper Glue Online Detection System provides you with online measurement and monitoring of centerline
glue and lap glue in the filter rod forming machine. The centerline
glue can bond the filter rod and the forming paper, thus ensuring
the quality of the filter rod, especially the composite filter rod.
Because the centerline glue is hidden inside the filter rod, we
cannot judge whether the glue is broken in the finished product.
Therefore, the quality of the glue line on the forming paper must
be monitored online. The system is of great significance for
ensuring the quality of products, reducing the consumption of raw
materials and reducing labor intensity.
Performance and Features
1. Machine vision is adopted to detect the glue line, which does
not affect the passing of the forming paper or damage the glue
line.
2. It can detect high and low-permeability forming paper.
3. It can detect the centerline glue (white latex) and lap glue
(hot melt adhesive).
4. It can simultaneously calculate the width and continuity of the
glue line.
5. It can dynamically display the glue line image, measured width
and qualification judgment.
6. When the glue line becomes light and is short of glue
intermittently, a light warning is given; In case of continuous
glue shortage, a light fault signal is given in time, and a
rejection signal of the shutdown port is given to the forming
machine.
7. It can set the paper type, paper width, glue line position, and
glue line parameters.
8. It can configure alarm conditions and shutdown conditions.
9. It can save operation log and provide query function.
